1877 Blend
This blend takes its name from the year the historic Smith Douglas More House was built. We use seasonally available coffees to create a bright and bold flavor that is chocolatey and naturally sweet with a hint of fruit.

Brewed Coffee Recipe:
17:1 Water to Coffee Ratio
Example: 28 grams of Coffee and 475 grams of nearly boiling water.
Espresso recipe recommendation:
2.5:1 ratio of beverage mass to coffee
Example:
20 grams espresso to 50 grams total beverage mass with 35-40 seconds of brew time.
