This blend takes its name from the year the historic Smith Douglas More House was built. We use seasonally available coffees to create a bright and bold flavor that is chocolatey and naturally sweet with a hint of fruit.
This blend features a washed Ethiopian coffee from the Guji region. Washed Ethiopian coffees are known for their impressive floral and fruit forward flavor profiles. By blending this coffee with the Guatemalan coffee from the San Marcos region we get a cup that is fragrant and floral and rich and chocolatey.
